DESCRIPTION
The villa is located in an area very close to Nerja, only 3 km from the centre and its beaches. This villa is ideal for relaxing and making the most of the pleasant surroundings. It is also only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Nerja and the tourist centre. The 3-bedroom villa has a spacious outdoor area with a large shaded porch and sea views.
The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people, all bedrooms are air conditioned, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances. The living room has a separate dining room.
The area that will delight us is the outside with a large garden, private and fenced swimming pool, with easy access steps, sun loungers and parasols to relax, a large porch where you can eat outside and a fully equipped barbecue area.
In short, a wonderful house close to everything you need for a magnificent holiday.
