Das Dorf taucht auf einem in den Fels gehauenen Felsvorsprung in etwa 700 m H\u00f6he auf. Die Stra\u00dfe nach Comares ist kurvenreich und wir empfehlen, sie von Velez M\u00e1laga aus zu befahren, wo wir weniger Kurven und eine abwechslungsreichere Landschaft vorfinden, die durch Felder mit Weinreben, Avocados und Mangos f\u00fchrt. Wenn wir in Comares ankommen, finden wir als erstes den Rathausplatz, den belebtesten Platz des Dorfes, mit dem ber\u00fchmten “Balkon der Axarquia”<\/a> und einem Restaurant, in dem man ph\u00e4nomenale, f\u00fcr die Gegend typische Gastronomie genie\u00dfen kann.<\/p>\n

Comares ist ein Dorf, das von Griegos Focenses gegr\u00fcndet wurde, dessen Architektur und Anlage jedoch vollst\u00e4ndig maurisch ist. Die Route ist malerisch, mit gewundenen Stra\u00dfen, kleinen Pl\u00e4tzen, versteckten Ecken und spektakul\u00e4ren Aussichtspunkten. Der Felsen, auf dem Comares gebaut ist, ist unter wei\u00dfen H\u00e4usern zu sehen, die eingebettet sind oder sich auf ihnen niederlassen, ein sehr charakteristischer Aspekt der Architektur der Stadt.<\/p>\n

Der Vergleich mit Frigiliana und anderen wei\u00dfen D\u00f6rfern ist unvermeidlich. Comares ist wunderbar gealtert, gut erhalten, ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Dorf und ein sehr interessanter Touristenort, den man an einem Vormittag besuchen kann. Zweifelsohne ist sie eine der St\u00e4dte, die ihr maurisches Erbe am besten bewahrt hat.<\/p>\n
