Villa in Conil de la Frontera

This unique style of accommodation reminds us of the typical cabins but with the exception that it is entirely made of brickwork and reinforced with wooden beams. The access is perfect, with a totally asphalted road. Leaving the lane we find the road that connects us with the coves of Roche or the village of Conil.

The place is very quiet and ideally located: 500 m from the protected natural area of the Roche pine forest and only 4 km from the famous Roche coves. The historical center of Conil with all the services, bars and restaurants is 8 km away.

The exteriors – terrace, swimming pool and porch

Outside we find some 400 m2 gardens, a very well cared for green meadow carpet. Although the whole terrace and the property is fenced in, everything is open so that the sun shines all day long with more than 14 hours of light on summer days.
At one end of the house is the private swimming pool of 6×4 m which has an easy access Roman staircase. In the garden there are some tables, hammocks and parasols. The beautiful pergola with access to the kitchen and furniture to enjoy lunch outside is right next to the barbecue.

A nice porch welcomes us at the entrance

The 12-metre linear porch occupies the entire main facade of the house. Here we find a table and chairs game ideal for playing a board game or cards and another low table game and wonderful armchairs for the table.

The interior of the house – living room and kitchen

The interior of the accommodation is designed in a rustic style and distributed on one floor only. The living room is open with the kitchen that has all the usual appliances, is very functional and has a dining table.

In the rooms there are two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is a complete bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
