One of the best climates in Europe

The climate of Frigiliana is Mediterranean, but it has some characteristics of subtropical climates, with the difference that the humidity is minimal and the temperature is stable throughout the year, with an average of 20º per year. Summers are milder than in the interior of Andalusia, with temperatures in July and August hovering around 30º.

Between the beach and the mountains

This rustic house on the shores of the Mediterranean is located in a natural setting, with the Sierra de Almijara Natural Park just a few meters away and the beaches of Nerja just 20 minutes away.

Entering the property

When we enter the property we will follow the private road of about 50m totally paved that will take us to the door of the house.

A fabulous terrace

In the outdoor area, the first thing we see is the barbecue area with a sturdy wooden table; it is an ideal space to enjoy a good meal with all the comfort. The barbecue is roofed and finished in stone.

Magical panoramic view of the Mediterranean and Nerja

The postcard that its terraces offer us is really surprising, with panoramic views that get lost among the mountains and in the sea; when night falls we see Nerja illuminated and everything becomes magical, with unforgettable moments to spend with the family.

Porch with sea views

Right next door we find the porch, which also has another dining table in case we want to have lunch in the shade. From here we access the interior of the house.

Outside surrounded by nature and shades

Outside we find many plants, some tropical and others of Mediterranean character that give a lot of color to the whole house. All exterior floors are paved with paving stones and flooring giving it a rustic look.

The private swimming pool

The pool is on a higher level and has dimensions of 9×4 m. From its elevated platform we can see all the dimension and majesty of the natural park, just seeing it produces tranquillity and the sensation of being in connection with nature.

The interior

At the entrance of the house we find the living room and the kitchen. The living room has a rustic appearance, with a fireplace, wooden beams, brick-finished furniture and a large window with folding doors that looks out onto the outside.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is semi-independent and has all the appliances. In the corridor there is a common bathroom with a bath with hydro-massage.

The bedrooms

The villa can accommodate up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed.
