8 km from the nearest beach

The house is located in a rural area of Conil where we find some houses nearby, but without being a crowded area, in the surroundings we find orchards and meadows. The center of Conil and the beaches of La Fontanilla and El Puerto are 8 km away.

Private swimming pool and gardens

When entering the house the first thing we notice is that the whole property is fenced in, inside there is space for two vehicles, right next to it there is a garden of about 150 m2 with a private swimming pool, finished with beautiful stone coverings, Roman staircase with easy entrance and dimensions of 8×4 m. In the gardens you will find fixed umbrellas and sun beds.

The porch and the barbecue

At the entrance of the house we find a porch with padded sofas, ideal for the table. This space has awnings in case we do not want the sun in the hottest months or simply not to burn while we make a barbecue.

The interiors – the kitchen and dining room

At the entrance of the house there is a spacious room. The dining room has a beautiful dining table with rattan chairs and an open kitchen with exit to the outside, this one has all the electrical appliances.

A charming living room

The house is distributed in one floor, the living room and the kitchen are integrated in the same space, the living room has a nice wood cooker, a comfortable modern style sofa, small stools and wooden furniture with rustic touches that make it warmer.

The bedrooms and the bathroom

One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds of 1.05 m wide, both have built-in wardrobes and windows. The bathroom has a bath and a bidet.
