Rural house in Conil de la Frontera

Nice villa in Conil de la Frontera for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private pool, plot with gardens and less than 1 km from the beach. The house is all exterior, a holiday accommodation for the spring – summer season. We find some wonderful gardens welcoming us at the entrance, with many plants that overflow with flowers. We also see a sensational detail, a pergola to park the car and keep it in the shade on hot days.

A quiet place, in a rural area and a step away from the beach

The accommodation belongs to a private complex with a total of 6 villas. Each house has its own private garden with swimming pool. It is an intimate and very natural place, open and with a lot of light during the whole day due to its excellent orientation. It is less than 1 kilometer from the famous beaches of the Costa de la Luz.

The house has about 150 m2 of garden and lawn areas, equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs, umbrellas and sun beds, all for greater comfort. The swimming pool measures 3.5 x 7.5 m.

The house exhibits impeccable gardening work, with wonderfully well-kept gardens and aromatic and tropical plants that make up a balanced and wonderful whole.

The interiors – The living room and the kitchen

The accommodation is distributed on one floor and is decorated in a rustic style. It has two entrances, one from the porch and the other from the pool area. There is a very cosy lounge and a separate kitchen.

The house has capacity for 6 people, we find three bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite with shower tray, the other two bedrooms both with two single beds. The other separate bathroom has a bathtub.
