A romantic villa to be with the family

This small house has a lot of charm, a holiday accommodation to be able to be in family with all the comforts. The location is perfect, it is 3 km from the center of Conil and less than 1 km from the beaches.

The property

The entrance is very beautiful, with coarse vegetation that invites us through an arch and a stone path to know the whole property.

At the entrance we also find a nice detail, a pergola to park the car and keep it in the shade on hot days.

Outside with a lot of nature

The house presents an impeccable gardening work, showing all its splendor in tropical and aromatic plants, trees that give good shade and dense gardens in which sunbathing will result in absolute relaxation.

The private swimming pool in an open area with lots of light

The house is part of a private complex with a total of 6 villas. Each house has a private garden with a private swimming pool. However, it is an intimate and very natural place, open and with a lot of light during the whole day due to its excellent orientation.

The pool area, a very natural place

The pool terrace can be accessed from both sides of the house, or from the kitchen. The pool is 9m x 5m and has a Roman staircase for easy access.

Inside the terrace, we find 150 m2 of lawn, equipped with garden furniture, such as a set of table, chairs, parasols and sunbeds, everything to enjoy greater comfort.

The distribution of the interiors

The accommodation is distributed in two floors, in the first one we found a wide lounge dining room, with the kitchen integrated in the same one, to the fund and protected with nice windows for which it enters much light, a small room of rest and reading.

On this floor we also find two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom with shower.

The main bedroom on the upper floor

Through an easy staircase we access the first floor, here we find the third bedroom en suite. It has its own terrace, bathroom, double bed and air conditioning.
