The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, one of them with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with fireplace, air conditioning and views to the swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a bathroom and a living room converted into a bedroom with a double bed in case you need more space.
Outside there is a long covered porch with tables and chairs to enjoy a wonderful afternoon and armchairs to relax with a glass of wine or read a good book while enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains.
Fully fenced swimming pool of 10 meters long by 4 meters wide with two depths, one of them special for family games of 1 meter deep.
It also has a barbecue area with parasols.
