This beautiful villa in Conil is situated inside a private property, it has 3 bedrooms ,1 bathroom, nice living room with kitchen and a private pool of 8×4 m. It is only 6 km from the sea and beaches.

Between the countryside and the beach

The accommodation is located near the pine forest of Roche in a very quiet rural area that will take us to visit the beautiful coves of Roche or the cove of Oil, both at 6 km. Near the house we find all the services with bars and restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The center of Conil is about 6 km away.

The exteriors – the terrace and the swimming pool

Outside, there is a 500 m2 terrace with perfectly tended gardens, a roofed barbecue with sink and a porch with garden furniture. At the entrance we have private parking for several vehicles.

The private swimming pool has a Roman staircase with easy access, dimensions of 8×4 and interior lights for the night baths. To complete the garden furniture we have hammocks and fixed sunshades distributed all over the terrace.

The interiors – living room and kitchen

The interiors are very spacious, with high ceilings and white walls that make the house very cool in summer. The decoration is rustic style, with wood covered ceilings and pronounced beams. The whole is pleasant and comfortable.

The private swimming pool has a Roman staircase with easy access, dimensions of 8×4 and interior lights for the night baths. To complete the garden furniture, there are hammocks and fixed sunshades distributed all over the terrace.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom on the first floor is beautiful, attic with double bed.
