This wonderful villa in Conil is located in a small enclosed area. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a nice living room and a modern kitchen. Outside there is a private swimming pool of 8×4 m. It is only 6 km from the sea and beaches of Conil de la Frontera.

At 6 km from the beach

The villa is inside a totally private area. It is located near the pine forest of Roche in a very quiet rural area that invites us to visit the beautiful coves of Roche or the cove of Oil, both at 6 km. Close to the house we find all the services with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, while the center of Conil is about 6 km away.

With private swimming pool and gardens

Outside there is a 650 m2 terrace with gardens, a built-in barbecue with sink, a swimming pool measuring 8×4 m with a Roman staircase and terrace furniture with a beautiful stone table and sunshade. There is private parking for several vehicles.

Porch and pergola in the gardens

Inside the terrace we find areas with gardens, a beautiful pergola with outdoor furniture, a fully equipped porch and nice comfort details to make our stay more pleasant.

The interiors of the house

The interiors are very spacious, with high ceilings and white walls that make the house very cool in summer. The decoration is rustic style, with wood covered ceilings, pronounced beams and noble stone walls. The whole is pleasant and comfortable.

With a capacity for 6 people, it is distributed over two floors. On the first floor there is a large open living room with sofas, a large fireplace, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is complete and has a large dining table. Through a nice staircase you can reach the upper floor where you will find another attic bedroom.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed.
