Less than 2 minutes from the main road that leads to Frigiliana is located this beautiful villa. The road is completely asphalted right up to the front door. The beaches of Nerja and its restaurants are less than 10 minutes drive away; Frigiliana and its historic centre 10 minutes drive. Malaga with its touristy and beautified historic centre less than 1 hour and the legendary city of Granada at 1:10 hours.
Beautiful views
The area is peaceful and beautiful, with avocado and mango plantations surrounding the property. A very natural place to relax and enjoy the Costa del Sol to the full. From the terrace we have views to the sea and the mountains of the Axarquia. Pure Mediterranean life.
The terrace is very complete
Before entering the house there is space for 2 vehicles. The property is totally enclosed and fenced. The exteriors are built on two levels. On the ground floor is the refreshing terrace, an open space with panoramic sea and mountain views. Here is the private pool, with dimensions of 6×3 and Roman steps for easy entry, sunshades, sunbeds, dining table, pool table and table tennis.
The porch and the barbecue
There are two staircases to access the first floor; one of them leads directly to the living-dining room, the other one also has access to the living room but before it there is a very nice porch, ideal to have lunch outside while enjoying the sea views. It has furniture for relaxing, a dining table and at the back a perfectly equipped barbecue.
Interiors – top floor
The living room is open plan with the kitchen, decorated in a rustic style and furnished with comfortable sofas and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances. On this floor we have a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms; one of them with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other one with a single bed.

This charming rural house in Frigiliana, in addition to the two bedrooms mentioned on the upper floor, has, going downstairs, 2 more bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with windows and air conditioning. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower.
