The villa has a large terrace with gardens of about 500 m2, as well as a private swimming pool of 7×4 with Roman stairs of easy access, in which there is also garden furniture, such as hammocks and parasol.
Outside there is a porch ideal for lunch or relax outdoors, with a set of dining table and sofas for the after-dinner conversation. The barbecue is perfectly equipped with a sink and utensils.
In the interiors there is a spacious living room, kitchen with all appliances, dining table, two bedrooms, one as a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The location of the house is ideal, only 5 min. from Nerja by car. Supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, restaurants can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The beaches of Nerja and Torrox Costa can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car. The pretty village of Frigiliana is only 7 km away.
