DESCRIPTION
This property totally surrounded by avocado and olive trees is in the middle of nature. A 300 metre long asphalted road leads to the entrance of the villa.
The beautiful rural house has a capacity for 6 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a large terrace with private pool and beautiful views to the mountains and the sea.
The location is magnificent! The place is very quiet, away from the noise and within a frame of incomparable nature as it is the Natural Park of Almijara. However, it is only a few kilometres from the centre of Frigiliana and 20 minutes from Nerja and its beaches.
The terrace is an open and sunny space, with 360º panoramic views, to the north and as a backdrop the Natural Park, a lung that provides clean, fresh air and gives the house a lot of naturalness, to the south we find beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The swimming pool is in the centre of the terrace, in the sunniest part of the house. It measures 9×4 and has Roman steps for easy access.
