This beautiful house is located in a rural area of Conil, in the surroundings we find orchards and meadows. The place is quiet, the beautiful streets of Conil de la Frontera and the beaches are 8 km away. A wonderful place to spend a good holiday.

Entering the property

Upon entering the villa we find a terrace of about 300 m2 made of stone, where we can park our vehicles inside the private property with a security gate.

The gardens and the swimming pool

From the porch you can access directly to the interior of the house, although surrounding it you can go directly to the gardens. The terrace has green areas and outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is very beautiful, finished in stone, with an easy entrance Roman staircase and with dimensions of 8×6 m.

Details on the terrace

At the entrance of the house there is a small porch, furnished with outdoor table and chairs. The barbecue is right next door, made on site and with a sink. From the porch you can access the interior of the house and the kitchen.

The interiors are of rustic style

When we enter the interior we see a large room, with two different parts. On the one hand, the room for resting, with large sofas and on the other, a space that is used as a dining room and that has a robust wooden table ideal for extended meals during the holidays.

The kitchen is very complete and well located, you can access directly to the gardens. All the decoration is rustic, with combinations of stone and brick walls, ceilings dressed in wood and details throughout the house that form a very harmonious whole.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Inside we find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main one with a double bed and its own bathroom, the others with two single beds each. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows to the outside.
