Charming villa with private pool in Frigiliana

Very close to the main road to Frigiliana we find this wonderful villa. Located halfway between Nerja and Frigiliana, less than 10 minutes drive from both towns. Malaga with its touristy and beautified historic centre is less than 1 hour away and the legendary city of Granada is 1:10 hours away.

From the Frigiliana road we take a fully tarmac road to the house, the journey takes 2 minutes by car. The area is very quiet and natural, surrounded by banana, avocado and mango plantations, a very tropical place to disconnect and enjoy the good temperature of the Costa del Sol.

This magnificent country house in Frigiliana is completely fenced, and you can park up to three vehicles inside the property. On the terrace we find the wonderful private swimming pool with roman steps with easy access and dimensions of 7×3. It is an open space with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

During the day there are many hours of sun all year round and you will be able to use the terrace to the maximum. There are hammocks all over the terrace and parasols if you are looking for some shade. At one end there is a very functional porch, a good shaded area, equipped barbecue, table and chairs. It is an ideal place to spend the day and night eating outdoors. If you want to entertain yourself with games, there is a pool table and a ping-pong table.

Climbing a small flight of steps we access to the interior, passing first a small porch with table and chairs; an ideal place to have an aperitif contemplating the beautiful views of Nerja and the sea.

The interiors are designed on one floor. The lounge is an open plan area with the kitchen, has comfortable sofas and a very homely feel. It has exits to the parking area (this facilitates the entrance for unloading) and to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances.

The house has a maximum capacity of 6 people, distributed in a bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom; another bedroom with double bed; and finally a bedroom with two single beds. All of them with air conditioning. In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom outside to share, both with shower.
