A unique climate

In Frigiliana the sun shines practically all year round and the gentle sea breeze softens the temperatures; it is a unique climate in Europe, with characteristics of tropical climates but with the difference that there is hardly any humidity in the atmosphere. For all these reasons the house is surrounded by avocado, mango and banana plantations.

A spectacular location

This holiday villa in Frigiliana is located between the mountains of the Axarquia, in a very quiet and beautiful place; from the terrace you can see the sea between the mountains to the south and the peaks of the Almijara Natural Park to the north. The distances are short, the house is 3,5 km / 8 minutes from Frigiliana and 7 km / 15 minutes from Nerja and its beaches. To access the house we will have to cross a 2,6 km fully tarmac road.

The terrace is ideal

Once we enter the property we are greeted by the terrace with private parking for one car. The whole space is very tidy and minimalist, with a sparkling private swimming pool measuring 6.5 x 3, garden furniture and barbecue. The terrace is the heart of the house, where you really enjoy this place.

Nice house, in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean. We had lots of sunny days in a row, with amazing light. Would be happy to recommend the house.

A modern style

This minimalist villa in Frigiliana is modern in style, not cluttered, clean and fresh. The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas and a dining table; the kitchen is integrated with the living room and does not lack any electrical appliances. The bedroom has air conditioning and nice mountain views.

Terrace in the bedroom

From the bedroom we have access to another terrace, this is a small outdoor space with furniture and beautiful views.
