A quiet area with green spaces in the vicinity

The accommodation is located in a rural area of Conil, where we find some housing nearby, but without being a crowded area, in the vicinity we find the Pine Forest of Roche, a little further away, about 6 km, the beaches and the center of Conil de la Frontera.

Welcome to the house

The house is accessed through a lane of about 150 m of track, fully passable for any vehicle. Once inside we find a private parking area with capacity for two cars. The house is built on a 500 m2 fenced plot.

Gardens, private swimming pool, porch and barbecue

The recreational areas are about 200 m2 in area. There is a wonderful porch surrounded by large garden areas with beautiful furniture and sunbeds. The private swimming pool is completely fenced in, ideal for families with children. It measures 9×4 m and has a Roman staircase.

The barbecue

The roofed barbecue area is located at the back of the house, is made on site and has a sink with running water. It is surrounded by fruit trees such as plums, nectarines, avocado trees, quinces or even some muscat grape vines.

The interior of the house

The accommodation is distributed on one floor where we find a large living room, with wooden beamed ceilings, rustic style furniture and fireplace. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has a wonderful dining table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The rooms have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and has a shower tray.
