DESCRIPTION
This spectacular villa with pool in Conil will impress from the first moment. It has 3 three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a capacity for up to 6 people. It has a nice terrace and an indoor porch, beautiful gardens with private pool of 9×5 m and entertainment areas. All within an ideal setting as it is located in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the sea and the beaches of Conil.
One of the biggest attractions of Conil is undoubtedly its beautiful beaches. With crystal clear waters and fine sand, they stretch along 14 km of coastline. This house is only 1 km away from the beach of Fuente del Gallo and the cove of Puntalejo, about 10 min. walk or 2 min. drive. To be able to enjoy the beach and have the house so close is a real luxury!
On entering the house we have an enclosure where at least three vehicles can fit, a totally private space. In front of the parking area there is a welcoming porch, furnished and ideal for a relaxing evening with a grill screen and a beautiful rolled up lady of the night. Opposite is a terrarium with beautiful plants surrounding the whole terrace and a large palm tree in the centre.
From the kitchen we can access the terrace, but first we must go through one of the jewels that this house offers us, a porch integrated in the house. This wonderful space, with beautiful stone pillars and wooden beams, is completely enclosed with large sliding windows. It has nice and comfortable sofas, wooden armchairs and beautiful views over the countryside. On days with an easterly wind and in the colder months it will be one of the most used areas of the house!
