This house in a magnificent holiday accommodation in Conil de la Frontera. The location is perfect, 3 km from the center of Conil and less than 1 km from the beaches. It has a private swimming pool, gardens and capacity for up to 4 people.

Discovering the house

As soon as we arrive, we see a metal security gate, and our view is filled with a multitude of plants with their flowers. There is also a pergola to park the car and keep it in the shade.

As we enter the house we are greeted by the porch, which has garden furniture and a portable barbecue. From here we can access the interior of the house through an exterior corridor to the pool area.

Every house is different

The accommodation belongs to a private complex with a total of 6 villas. Each one is totally independent and has a private garden with a private swimming pool. However, it is an intimate place with lots of light throughout the day due to its excellent orientation.

The gardens and private pool / House 1

We found two similar houses, each with its own private swimming pool and with fitted interiors. The only variation you can see is the shape of the pool and the distribution of the gardens, otherwise they are exactly the same. The houses exhibit impeccable gardening work, with dense gardens, aromatic and tropical plants. Inside the terrace, we find about 200 m2 of lawn area, equipped with garden furniture, such as a set of table, chairs, parasols and sunbeds, all for greater comfort.

The beautiful private pools measure 6.5 x 3.5 m and are 1.05 – 1.9 m deep. The gardens of each house are separated by a wall for total privacy.

The interiors – living room and kitchen

The accommodation is distributed on a single floor, has two accesses, one from the porch and another in the pool area. There is a very cosy lounge and an independent kitchen with a window to the lounge for greater comfort when preparing food.

The bedrooms and the bathroom

The house has capacity for 4 people, as it is built on a single floor a corridor leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet.
