How can I check the availability of an accommodation?
The availability of properties shown in the calendar can change quickly
To guarantee the availability of an accommodation for your desired date, you will have to contact AndalucíaSimple

As a service and if you wish, we can block / pre-reserve your desired property for 48 hours – naturally without any obligation or expense on the part of the client
What is included in the price of accommodation?
The prices indicated are the final prices, including the costs of electricity, water, gas and the household items of the houses with sheets and bath towels.
The final cleaning is always included in the price. Extra cleaning during the stay will be paid by the tenant.
The use and cleaning of the swimming pool during the season from April 1st to October 31st is included in the price. Outside this season you may have to pay extra for the use and cleaning of the pool.
In some accommodation with air conditioning, Jacuzzi or other high energy consumption appliances you may have to pay extra for their use. You will always be informed in advance.
What is the minimum stay in the accommodation?
The minimum stay is normally one week / 7 nights.
There are some exceptions where in high season 14 nights are required.
In low season and in some cases in mid season it is possible to rent accommodation from 2 to 5 nights.
Day of arrival and departure at the accommodations?
AndalucíaSimple will always try to adapt the day of arrival and departure to the client’s convenience, as long as it is not in July or August.
The final decision depends on the owner of the house. Especially in high season, which will be from Saturday to Saturday in almost all accommodations.
In the middle and low season there is more tolerance with the entries and exits, and in normal conditions the client will be able to choose his preferred day.
What are the arrival and departure times for the accommodation?
As a general rule, the entrance time to an accommodation can be done from 16:00 hours.
Departure from the accommodation will be before 10:00 in the morning.
The schedule is subject to the previous and subsequent occupation of the house on that day.
The entrance can be made before 16:00 if there are no guests in the house that day.
AndalucíaSimple will always try to adapt the arrival and departure times to the client’s convenience. Entrance to the house after 22:00 must be communicated in advance.
How do I make a reservation?
Once you have decided on your accommodation, you should contact AndalucíaSimple either by telephone or by email. We will indicate the availability of the accommodation and the terms of the contract if you wish to book the accommodation.
Whenever you want to rent an accommodation, you will have to make a reservation of it, paying an amount to a bank account that we will provide you when both parties are satisfied.
Normally a maximum of 25% is given in advance and by bank transfer. The rest of the amount will be paid in cash at the entrance of the accommodation.
There are some exceptions where a higher deposit will be paid for the booking.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Some owners will require a deposit to be left when entering the house.
What should I not do?
- A bad use of the facilities
- Taking a pet without notice
- Carrying out any kind of celebration without previous notice
- Increase the number of people for whom the accommodation is initially contracted
- Exceeding the maximum capacity of the house
- Making an entry after 10:00 p.m. without having given prior notice.

1 – Choose area
If you do not know Andalusia, we have prepared some suggestions of areas so that you can choose what best suits your needs. To do this we show you through this link the different areas and their characteristics. * You can not select any area in the search engine and all the accommodations will be listed
2 – SEARCH
Find your accommodation by indicating your preferences in the fields of number of people, bathrooms and date. None of these fields are compulsory. If you need any special feature in your accommodation that is not covered by our search engine, please indicate it using this form.
3 – list of villas
Once the search has been carried out, you can choose one or more houses from the list. To choose more than one house you will have to click on the heart shaped icon and it will add that house to your list of favourites. We ask you to be considerate and not to send listings with many accommodations.
4 – FORM SUBMISSION
Fill in the form and wait for us to respond to your request. The estimated response time is usually the same day. Remember that you are not making a reservation, you are requesting information. Sometimes some calendars may not be up to date even though they are highly reliable.
The estimated time of response to a form is less than 24 hours, being most of the time instantaneous. Our response will never exceed 48 hours. If you wish to make a reservation, we will inform you of the conditions of the reservation.
