DESCRIPTION
Very quiet and comfortable house, distributed on one floor, fully furnished in rustic style typical of the area. It has a living-dining room with wood-burning cooker and satellite TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and washing machine. The villa has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both nicely decorated and with exposed beams on the ceiling, the two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, WC, washbasin and bidet.
The plot is surrounded by beautiful vegetation so privacy is assured. The swimming pool of 7m x 3,5m, with sun loungers and a lawn, offers incredible views of the sea. The barbecue area also has a natural stone oven and outdoor dining area.
Frigiliana is a 5-minute drive away, Nerja and its beautiful beaches are just a 10-minute drive away.
