DESCRIPTION
This charming rural villa set in the Natural Park of the Sierra de Almijara, is a special place, in the middle of nature where tranquillity and peace are a guarantee. A wonderful place for walks and excursions to the surrounding villages and landscapes.
To get to the house we will take a completely passable road, a mountain and pine forest route typical of the Mediterranean shores, the road has some bends. We will arrive at a tarmac lane up to the house itself and then to a flat area with space for two vehicles.
The house has been built on top of the mountain, so there are several levels. The first floor is reached by 15 steps, where you will see the two terraces and the interiors, which are distributed on one level.
The terrace has a nice porch with dining table and summer kitchen with all the tools for the barbecue, this place is fantastic, with one of the best views of the Mediterranean Sea and with the bay of Nerja as a backdrop, it is L-shaped, to the right we find a nice natural pergola covered with plants and flowers, under it there is a fabulous corner to have coffee after lunch, spend time reading or even take a nap in the shade.
From this same floor we access the interiors of the house. The living room is very pleasant, separated from the kitchen by an American bar, all with a rustic decoration typical of the area where the house is located, with a very luminous atmosphere and very well cared for details.
