DESCRIPTION
This spectacular rural villa in Conil, where tranquillity reigns supreme, offers 1.000 m2 of beautiful gardens, a private 8×5 m swimming pool and accommodation for up to 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is located just 7 km from the famous coves of Roche.
Few places in Europe have more than 3,200 hours of sunshine a year as the Costa de la Luz in Cadiz. Its perennial light all year round gives the coast its name. The pleasant temperature in winter, mild and warm in summer make this an ideal place to enjoy all year round.
On entering the villa we quickly discover that this is a special place, we are talking about the gardens, a very well kept orchard with trees of all kinds and beautiful flowers that give colour to the whole property.
In the main part of the house we find a large porch of great beauty. It has garden furniture of all kinds and no detail is missing, such as a table for lunch and another one for the after-dinner conversation.
