Spectacular villa in the best climate of the Costa del Sol

Frigiliana has one of the best weather conditions in Europe. In this area of the Axarquia the sun shines almost all year round and the sea breeze softens the temperatures.In spring we find a warm season and in summer a great weather, with pleasant temperatures around 30º. You can enjoy the outdoors and the swimming pool for a good part of the year.

Impressive views of the Mediterranean

The villa is 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Frigiliana, located on the southern slopes of the Almijara Natural Park, on an elevated position, this location offers truly spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and the Mediterranean.

A very quiet place

You can go out to the terrace and feel the tranquillity of the place, breathe the pure air that the Natural Park gives us or simply be calm, sunbathing on any of its terraces, listening only to the sounds of nature.

Discovering the wonderful villa

The villa is distributed on several levels, once past the gate, we find a parking area for several vehicles from which you can already see the wonderful views of the house and then we have the entrance to the interiors.

The beautiful living room

Just across the entrance hall we find a spacious lounge, all with maximum comfort and beautiful details in rustic style, all of high quality. The lounge is an open space in which no detail is missing, you will be amazed

On this floor we find a spectacular window that provides a lot of light to the living room, through it we access directly to the main terrace of the house, where you can see all the way from the house to the sea.

At the back of the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have a private en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On this floor there is also a toilet and the kitchen.

A very complete kitchen

The kitchen is independent from the living room, is designed with custom-made furniture and has all the appliances, highlighting the double-door refrigerator with freezer and the wonderful wine cellar, all very functional. It has a dining table and direct access to the swimming pool area and to another of the terraces of the house.

Upper floor

On the upper floor are all the bedrooms and the remaining bathrooms. Going up the stairs we find a super luminous open space that offers us views of the living room and surrounding this space the bedrooms and bathrooms.

4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Two bedrooms share a terrace with incredible views, another of the terraces also impressive has access from the open space between rooms.

The terrace… simply spectacular

This terrace is ideal for lunch while contemplating the views of the Bay of Nerja, it is a very sunny space with outdoor furniture and a folding awning. From here we have direct access to the kitchen, which is very functional if we want to have lunch outside. We can play with the children or the not so children on the ping pong table.

Private swimming pool 10×5 m

Leaving the terrace and going through a gate we find the pool area, this space is open and sunny. The pool is 10m x 5m and has a Roman staircase with easy access.

The barbecue area

Entering the swimming pool and the first level terrace we find the barbecue area, with outdoor furniture, ideal for eating in the shade.
