Beautiful country style villa 6 km from the beach

Conil is a white fishing village on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. It is very popular for the quality of its beaches. We find a great variety of coves, many of great beauty, with clean waters and fine golden sand. The house is located in a quiet rural area only 6 km / 12-15 min. by car from the beaches of Roche and the center of Conil.

A quality villa

The villa is newly built, of great quality, comfort and designed for the enjoyment of good weather. We found in its exteriors a recreation area with very good disposition. Nor have they forgotten the interiors where we find top quality furniture and good distribution in all its spaces.

1.000 m2 of terrace and gardens

The heart of the house is the terrace, this one has an extension of 1,000 m2 in which we found pretty gardens, zone of parking deprived with capacity for three vehicles in the interior and covered barbecue. The entrance and exit gate is automatic.

Private swimming pool of 10×4 m

The private swimming pool is beautiful, with dimensions of 10×4 m and with an easy entrance Roman staircase. It is surrounded by garden areas, ideal for using the sun beds and resting for a while under the shade provided by the trees.

Porch with furniture

The house has two entrances. The main entrance has a large porch that occupies the entire facade where we find a dining table and outdoor chairs to eat outdoors.

A space for socializing and coffee

This porch is also an intimate corner for the table, it is a set of padded chairs for relaxation, and a low table all of good quality where you can have a good time.

The interior of the house – The living room

In the interiors we find an accommodation with excellent disposition. It has a beautiful living room with direct access to the outside, with comfortable sofas and sturdy wooden furniture that gives it great warmth.

The kitchen

The kitchen is independent, complete, functional and with access to the porch. It has all the most common appliances and utensils.

4 bedrooms for 8 people

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, three of which have two single beds each, as well as fitted wardrobes and windows to the outside. These bedrooms share a green bathroom with bathtub.

The main room is a pretty spacious bedroom, with a double bed and its own bathroom en suite.
